From teaching at primary and secondary school, this teacher of Slovenian language and literature has plunged into the uncertain waters of adult education. She has begun implementing the first courses for adults at UPI Žalec Adult Education Centre. She was for several years a member of staff at the Slovenian Institute for Adult Education and then set up her own education business. She has trained for a series of programmes that she still implements successfully throughout Slovenia. She has collaborated on a large number of international projects at home and in Austria, Croatia, Hungary and Serbia. In the last three years she has run dozens of seminars and workshops for adult educators and key staff in companies. She tries to fill gaps in the professional sphere with her own creativity. She has devised a manual, Incentives for Learning (1992) and a course, Learning File (1992). She has managed the publication of a series of works from foreign technical literature that she has recognised as being important for our environment. With her rich experience and specialist knowledge she is a welcome lecturer at the School for Business Secretaries. To date she has led around 700 workshops on learning, teaching, communication, counselling etc. She is the author of modern courses and books, and the translator and publisher of specialist literature. She has thus contributed to ensuring better quality life, work and career development for several thousands of people. Her courses in neurolinguistic programming, superlearning, applied public speaking, counselling communication, holistic counselling, provocative therapy, practical intuition and hypnotherapy are all in demand. Many participants in her courses return to her seminars and workshops in order to further enrich the knowledge they have acquired.
