The DVD Learning - Doorway to the World of New Opportunities offers twelve English subtitled videos portraits of selected individuals and organisations that have gained SIAE Award in the period 2000-2007, either for their own learning results or for their professional achievements in adult learning. Their life histories are a shining example of lifelong learning culture and can be used to motivate and inspire non-learners and potential learners.

The video was presented at the international conference Jobs for Youth - Prosperity for All and at the Festival of Slovenian Education - Creativity and Innovation in Learning, both organised under the Slovenian Presidency in 2008.

It can be used by educators, counsellors, mentors, cultural animators and others who work with people of all generations.
