Awards to individuals for outstanding achievements in lifelong learning

Vinko Hlebš from Tržič

VINKO HLEBŠ, a self-taught painter from Tržič, has, with devoted mentors and diligent work in his studio, earned two academy degrees without papers, and is proving, with his friendly approach on his workshops, the therapeutic value of painting.

Vinko received the SIAE AWARD 2016 for »a conscientious self-learning and knowledge transfer to various groups of all ages, thereby promoting the creativity and its impact on social and healthy life«.
