Roman has, at his thirties, started with a career he hasn't been trained for. With retraining he gained the necessary skills and met the people that helped him on his path. When his company started to flourish he decided to train young people. By this he is returning to the environment that was so generous to him. He highly appreciates craftsmanship and mastery, which made him promote and develop an area that is undervalued. It is not surprising that he is active in Regional Chamber of Craft and Small Business.
