Quite a large share of LLW 2009 events marked the 2009 European year of creativity and innovation (EYCI) through illuminating the role of adult education and learning as well as lifelong learning in establishing the prerequisites for creativity and innovation with regard to personal, societal and economic development.

All year long, SIAE cooperated with the National coordinating body for EYCI 2009. We acquired the moral right to use EYCI's logo.
