Slavica Borka collects fragments of knowledge everywhere she goes. And she also shares them. With everyone. A teacher, mentor, gardener, singer, journalist, editor, advocate, adult educator and pensioner, she finds a common denominator for all her various and apparently unconnected roles in people, in the beautiful and the good. Through study circles, which she describes as an excellent combination of lifelong learning and active citizenship, and with the members of these circles, she runs projects to conserve cultural heritage in the Karst, while in Ljubljana she links art and spirituality.
