'Learning Parade - Days of learning communities' is a new approach in and an enrichment of the Slovenian Lifelong Learning Week (LLW) made possible through the 'Implementation of the renewed EAAL in Slovenia' project. The Learning Parade (LP) - a series of one-day festival and professional events - has taken place in LLW 2013, 2014 and 2015, each time in seven different places across the country.
In the ePlatform for Adult Learning in Europe - EPALE, two blogs have been published:
a reflection on the Slovenian EAAL project in Slovenian and English language: the former project phase came to its end and on 1 November 2015, the new project period 2015-2017 started. Further national coordination and cooperation among stakeholders will continue to highlight two priority areas - awareness raising and fostering the development of adult skills and other competences;
a reflection on the Promoting Adult Skills events which were dedicated to the work with vulnerable target groups and are presented in the video 'I can, therefore I am!' - English and Slovenianversion.
The Learning Parade 2013 and other aspects of the Slovenian EAAL national coordination were presented on 20 November at the Annual Adult Education Conference, the main national event bringing together politicians, professionals and practitioners in the field of adult education and learning.
