The teaching package Towards your goals I - III, Early, Middle and Mature Career Period addresses those who are not active in learning, in order for them to improve the quality of their lives and their position in the jobs market through education. The package was produced in the form of three Role models attract DVDs (4 - 6).

The DVDs are based on selected SIAE award winners' life histories and complemented by professional reflections on the specialities of the respective career period. Enclosed in each DVD is a brochure which presents a short description of the career period, a summary of the video and instructions for use.

Potential users of this teaching package include employment service offices, adult education and learning providers, development agencies and schools.
